3. Delivery Timeline
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Regions: 5–7 business days

Remote Locations: 7–10 business days (may vary depending on accessibility)

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.

A nominal shipping fee will be applied to orders below ₹499 and will be calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

6. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours with photo/video evidence.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
